Food and Nutrition covers aspects of nutrition, food science and technology. It is the study of the food we eat and the choices made about food.

Course Information

What Knowledge Will I Develop?

Students will develop knowledge and understanding of influences on food choices, meal planning skills and evaluate choices against individual needs, including gender, lifestyle and medical issues.
